Caddo's Special Victims Unit has arrested a man from Holden, LA, for engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. 

In early May, a 16-year-old girl from Greenwood, LA, was reported missing by her parents. Caddo Patrol Deputies located the juvenile in Keithville, where she was staying with 20-year-old Dillion Sepulvado from Holden, LA. The deputies returned her to her parents.

During a subsequent interview with investigators, the juvenile disclosed she had kissed and made out with Sepulvado. On June 2, 2025, Detective Roosevelt Tadlock of the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit interviewed Sepulvado. Following further investigation, Sepulvado was arrested and transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
