A six-month investigation by the Caddo- Shreveport Narcotics Task Force concluded with the arrests of three people on Thursday, November 19, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator and Shreveport Police Chief Henry Whitehorn.

Agents executed two search warrants - the first in the 1900 block of Doris and the second in the 1900 block of Earl. Seven handguns, over a pound of high-grade marijuana, and $1,800 in cash were seized.

Ellis Harp, 35, of 1951 Earl; Orinthal Chalmers, 34, of 550 Fuller; and Angela Mikle, 31, of 1957 Doris, were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on drug charges.

The FBI, Caddo Sheriff's Office SWAT team, and Shreveport Police Department SWAT team assisted with the execution of the warrants.
