At around 2 a.m. today, a Caddo patrol deputy was following up on a tip regarding a suspicious vehicle. This led to a vehicle pursuit involving Marcus Allen Harbour, age 35, white male, who is approximately 6'2" tall and has multiple felony warrants out for his arrest. Harbour was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey tank top. He may be in the Old Mooringsport, McCain Road, or Henderson Gin area. Please do not approach him.
