The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is hosting a babysitting clinic designed to help new babysitters prepare for their jobs. 

Participants aged 10 to 18 will learn essential skills to keep themselves and the children in their care safe. Topics covered will include home security, fire preparedness, weather safety, and more.

The class will take place on July 24 at Sheriff's Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Avenue, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
