Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. announced the promotion of two employees during a ceremony held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4.

The following promotions were made:

- **Lieutenant in Investigations**: Christopher Daniel
- **Lieutenant in Investigations**: Doug Smith
