This friendly annual contest brought together local law enforcement and first responders who volunteered their time to ring bells at Salvation Army red kettles throughout the community. The primary goal was to raise crucial funds to support Salvation Army programs and services for families and individuals in need across North West Louisiana.

With exceptional participation, enthusiasm, and community engagement, deputies from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office raised the highest total donations of $4,010.86 during the competition period, earning CPSO the Battle of the Badges title once again.

Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. commended CPSO personnel and the community for their generous contributions. "This was truly a team effort,” said Sheriff Whitehorn. “We're honored to support the Salvation Army and the vital work they do for our community."

The funds raised through the Red Kettle Campaign support emergency assistance, food programs, shelter services, and various outreach initiatives provided by The Salvation Army in North West Louisiana.
