At 12:00 PM today, Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr., who is also the Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for Caddo Parish, hosted a Zoom meeting with over 70 officials from various city, state, and federal government agencies. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the ongoing weather event and the planned steps for tomorrow's weather conditions in the parish.

A representative from the National Weather Service, DOTD, and SWEPCO provided updates on the situation since the previous weather meeting held yesterday. Additionally, representatives from other cities in the parish shared information on conditions in their areas. 

Caddo officials will continue to monitor the situation and collaborate closely with the National Weather Service to keep Caddo Parish residents informed.
