Aerial footage from the CPSO Drone Unit from this morning shows widespread impacts across Caddo Parish following Winter Storm Fern. With temperatures expected to remain below freezing for several days, hazardous icy conditions will persist on roadways, especially on residential streets and rural routes. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution when traveling. If travel is not necessary, please remain at home and avoid driving.
