CPSO partners with Community to Host Royal Ball
The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, Caddo Parks and Recreation, and SPAR are proud to announce the Sparkle to Shine Royal Ball, an inclusive prom-style celebration honoring individuals of all ages with special needs and disabilities.
This community-led celebration is designed to make every guest feel like royalty. Whether attendees choose to dress in their finest formal attire or keep it casual, all are welcome to enjoy a magical evening filled with excitement, community, and joy.
Guests can expect the night to kick off in grand fashion with a JROTC unit presenting a Sabre Arch for the grand entrance, a drum line leading participants in, and cheerleaders from several local schools lining the red carpet to cheer every guest as they make their royal arrival. The festivities will also include a 5-in-1 activity area and a sponsored photo booth, ensuring a memorable experience for participants and their families.
The Sparkle to Shine Royal Ball reflects Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn's shared commitment to fostering inclusion, community spirit, and meaningful experiences for individuals with special needs and disabilities across Caddo Parish.
The ball will be held on Saturday, April 18, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Princess Park Community Center, 931 Baker Street, Shreveport, LA. For more information, please call 318-681-0869.
