The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested a man from Frierson following an investigation into allegations of inappropriate sexual activity involving a juvenile, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.

On Monday, March 30, 2026, Kenneth Sousa, 35, of the 800 block of Old Church Road in Frierson, Louisiana, was taken into custody and charged with indecent behavior with juveniles. The investigation began when a juvenile victim disclosed to her therapist and mother that inappropriate sexual activity had occurred involving Sousa, who is a family member. Authorities were notified, and the case was immediately investigated.

With the assistance of the Gingerbread House Children's Advocacy Center in Shreveport, the victim participated in a forensic interview. Information obtained during this interview helped establish probable cause for Sousa's arrest.

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is committed to protecting children and thoroughly investigating all allegations of abuse. This case remains under investigation.
