The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, in partnership with the Special Victims Unit, has arrested a Shreveport man on multiple charges related to child sexual abuse material.

On May 5, 2026, Kenneth Wayne Broussard, 41, of the 7100 block of Gregory Street, was taken into custody following an investigation prompted by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip indicated that he had been viewing sexually explicit material involving juveniles online.

Detectives promptly launched an investigation. Through their efforts, they identified Broussard as a suspect and established probable cause. Investigators then obtained both an arrest warrant and a search warrant for his residence.

Broussard was arrested without incident and charged with 25 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. He was transported to the Caddo Correctional Center to be booked in on the aforementioned charges.

This investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with additional information related to this case is encouraged to contact the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office at (318) 675-2170 or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
