On May 16, 2026, Caddo Parish Sheriff Sergeant Sundquist established probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Tandy Lemay on one count of battery of a dating partner from a previous incident. The warrant was approved by Assistant District Attorney Britney Green and signed by the Honorable Judge Victory at approximately 10 p.m.

Early on the morning of May 17, patrol deputies located Lemay at his residence in the 100 block of Ockley Drive at around 1:38 a.m. The deputies made contact at the residence, where they positively identified Lemay through the windows as they approached the front door.

Lemay retreated deeper into the residence and refused to come out. The deputies then entered the home and found Lemay hiding in the upstairs attic area. He was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on one count of Battery of a Dating Partner. He is currently being held without bond.
