The Caddo Parish Tax Assessor's Office has enhanced service access for residents by opening two new satellite locations within Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office substations. The grand opening events took place on August 11 and August 12 for the new offices in Oil City and Keithville. This partnership between the Caddo Parish Tax Assessor's Office and the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office aims to provide residents with convenient access to essential property tax services in both northern and southern Caddo Parish.

Citizens can visit the satellite offices to apply for the following services:
- Homestead Exemptions
- Disabled Veterans Exemptions
- First Responders Exemptions
- Special Assessment Freezes for Senior Citizens

Additionally, both satellite locations will feature kiosks provided by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Tax Department, allowing residents to make property tax payments by credit card. This initiative is part of Sheriff Henry Whitehorn's ongoing effort to make services more accessible and convenient for citizens throughout Caddo Parish.

- Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office – North Substation
  11411 Louisiana Highway 1,
  Oil City, LA 71061
- Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office – South Substation
  9956 Mansfield Road,
  Keithville, LA 71047
