A 70-year-old man from Caddo Parish has been arrested following an investigation into allegations involving juvenile victims. William Ethelbert Giles, who resides on the 5800 block of Colquitt, faces two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.

The investigation began when the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Patrol Division received a report regarding allegations involving juvenile victims. The case was then assigned to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Special Victims Unit for a more in-depth investigation.

During the investigation, detectives interviewed Giles. After this interview and further investigation, they secured an arrest warrant for him on two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles. Deputies from the Patrol Division executed the warrant and took Giles into custody. He was then transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on the aforementioned charges.
