Man arrested for hitting 5-year-old with fist
A Shreveport man was arrested by the Caddo Sheriff's Office for hitting a 5-year-old boy in the face with his fist.
Sheriff's Detective Jackie Winston said Frank Lam, 30, of the 9800 block of Amblewood, hit the child after he disobeyed Lam's orders not to turn on a video game. The child had a scar between his eyes and a black mark under his left eye.
Lam was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for cruelty to a juvenile.
