CSO arrests man for having sex with 13 year old
Caddo sheriff's detectives have arrested a Haughton man for having sex with a 13-year-old girl, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Ernest Ray Lewis Jr., 22, is accused of having sex with the girl twice over the past several weeks. Lewis was a friend of the victim’s family.
Lewis was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for carnal knowledge of a juvenile following an investigation by Dets. Jackie Winston and Mickey McDaniel of the sheriff's Youth Services Division. No bond for Lewis has been set.
