Caddo sheriff’s detectives arrested a Shreveport man for molesting an 8-month-old baby girl, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Stephen Foster, 29, of the 3500 block of Jeri Lane, was arrested Tuesday by Caddo Detective Jared Marshall after a complaint was made to the Sheriff’s Office and Foster was interviewed by deputies. Foster is accused of touching the baby inappropriately while at a family gathering in October.

Foster was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for molestation of a juvenile. His bond was set at $100,277.
