A teacher at Woodlawn High School was arrested and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on Tuesday for obscenity, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Michael D. Parsons was overseeing in-school suspension at the high school on February 13 where he was accused of showing an obscene photo to a 19-year-old female in the class. The picture was on Parsons’ cell phone.

After obtaining a search warrant for Parsons’ phone, Caddo Sheriff’s Detective Jared Marshall arrested the 36-year-old teacher/coach at his home in the 3900 block of Oakcrest in Shreveport
