The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office will provide two programs tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 8) for the American Jail Association meeting being held in the area. Jail professional from throughout the United States are attending the meeting, which is being hosted by the Bossier City Police Department.

The jail professional have asked for a tour of the Caddo Correctional Center to get a first-hand look at the state-of-the-art facility. That tour will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Caddo Sheriff’s deputies who serve on the Emergency Response Team at the Caddo Correctional Center will conduct a demonstration of less-lethal force tactics at the Bossier City Police Department Training Academy at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Media representatives are welcome to attend either of these AJA meeting activities.
